NPC: A death naga
Long Desc: A death naga is here, hissing as you approach.

The death naga is a race of half-human and half-snake.  They have the
lower body of a large snake and the upper half of a naked female.  Skilled
in many forms of arms and weapons, but are more known for their skill in the
magickal arts.  The naga is quite the deadly creature.  Scales form natural
armor on the lower part while the upper part provides distraction.
It is a dark naga approximately 5'7" tall.
