NPC: A shapeshifted sidhe
Long Desc: A shifty-looking sidhe stands solemnly, saying his name three times fast.

This sidhe fuzzes a bit around the edges, his amorphous form wiggling and
wandering occasionally as his attention wanders elsewhere and then back.  He
wears, or at least appears to wear, a grey felt tunic, leather breeches, and
a silly-looking velvet tricorn.  He obviously isn't equipped for combat, or
at least he doesn't appear to be, but that may simply be an assumption based
on his appearance, which may or may not be misleading, or not.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
