NPC: An armored ferromancer
Long Desc: Short on vigor but long on cunning, a ferromancer stands here.

This man is human, but just barely.  He is more machine than man, protected
behind six inches of iron plating, his limbs artificially extended by
stainless steel rotors and pneumatic servos and pulleyed chains.  A meek
exterior, cultivated by decades spent studying the magnetic arts,
simultaneously conceals a furiously self-righteous inner mechanism, and is
in turn protected by a furiously-constructed outer shell.  Through his
transparent faceplate, the only part of him visible through his magically-
sealed suit, he screams profanity, damning everyone and everything inferior
to him to hell and ignorant damnation.  His sin is not that of intentional
evil, but intentional good wrought into self-delusion and arrogance through
which the greater evils of vengeance and cleansing occur.
He is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
