NPC: A face of vapor
Long Desc: A swirling white cloud floats here, glaring.

The otherwise shapeless wisps of steam, rising from the metallic sides of
this tunnel, have become something far more.  There is a visage here, double
the size of an ogres, blank but somehow still furious.  Far denser than the
usual fleeting mists, it has an open, toothless mouth, and holes in the
steam make empty sockets.  Though it sways with the occasional gust, the
face rotates to keep an eye on those who walk through here.  At least it has
no body.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
