NPC: An irritated, disappearing elemental
Long Desc: A boiling water elemental is disappearing here.

Likely the work of a mage who wished his creation to have one more way to
inflict damage, this plan has clearly backfired.  While this elemental looks
to be scaldingly hot, parts of him are definitely shrinking, and an
occasional bit of vapor floats off.  The elemental itself appears none too
pleased about his condition, and conveys this as well as an anthropomorphic
pile of water can.  There is an occasional splash, an occasional stomp, and
frequent jets of water which shoot out at no one in particular,
It is a elemental approximately 7'0" tall.
