NPC: A skeletal animator
Long Desc: A frail and rail thin man in grey observes the area while leaning against a nearby wall.

A simple unassuming looking man looks at you briefly as you examine his
form.  Beneath the grey cowl an old face resides, drained of all color and
any hint of exuberance.  The dull glazed eyes accent the faint silver
designs of the lengthy robe.
It is a skeleton approximately 5'7" tall.
