NPC: The mountain cleric
Long Desc: A small, robed woman is here, praying softly to the Powers.

As misguided as she is, this cleric believes with all of her heart that
this mountain of garbage is the closest in the land one can get to the
heavens.  Her solemn blue eyes show that her devotion to her faith is
sincere, and that the faith itself has merit.  However, her place of worship
alludes to a delusion far deeper than that of her faith.  All the same, she
is most willing to help anyone in need, though her efforts are somewhat
haphazard at times.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
