NPC: Dreeb
Long Desc: A searing elemental spark flashes and blinks in front of the northwest tunnel.

The elemental spark, apparently placed here by a powerful wizard, seems
to sear the very air, moving in hypnotic patterns that effectively block the
exit to the northwest.  It makes a strange buzzing sound as it flits from
spot to spot, which sounds vaguely like speech patterns of some sort.
It is a pixie approximately 3'6" tall.
