Long Desc: A Kolvir tower guard is here, scanning the city for signs of trouble.

Standing tall and proud in the towers of New Kolvir, the tower guards
watch over the city and the surrounding areas.  The tower guard is a lean
fighter, trained in the art of war.  Their keen eyes are ever watchful,
ready to pick out any inconsistancy.  It is no wonder they are some of the
more feared fighters in the area.  Their armor is consisted of many shades
of blue, swirled together, to help camoflage them against the sky.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
