NPC: A violent squatter
Long Desc: A squatter is living among the filth and junk of this derelict room.

This squatter has taken advantage of the once-pristine condition of
Thereste's forge, and camped himself here until Cronus musters the guards to
remove him.  He has not kept his appearances up.  A beard, untrimmed and
uncleaned, reaches the top of his neck.  His clothes have holes in all the
wrong places, and there is a distinct whiff of rotting meat about him.  His
fists almost never unclench, and his teeth almost never stop grinding.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
