NPC: A lazy teenager
Long Desc: A teenaged half-elf sits against the wall, unwilling to find tourmalines.

Dressed in armor slightly too big to him, this teenager sullenly glares at
the wall, picking absentmindedly at his acne and cursing his parents under
his breath.  Tasked with locating sufficient tourmalines to ensure his
success in later life, he has evidently decided that he would be better off
just...  Not.  It's not entirely clear what he is doing here in the first
place, given that even the feared Tower of Riga on the floating island
Verity is more hospitable than the treacherous Proving Grounds.
Nevertheless, here he is, doing his damnedest to not descend any lower below
the surface.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'2" tall.
