NPC: A ghostly spectre
Long Desc: An evil spectre floats here, moaning in eternal agony.

This spectre is rather pathetic looking rather than fear inspiring.  It
seems to phase in and out of existence as it bemoans its fate of being
trapped in this place for all time.  Though it inspires pity, the wicked
gleam in its eye suggests that it may take its agony out on any being that
comes within its grasp.
She is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
