NPC: Tynor
Long Desc: Tynor is here selling torches, he is very quiet today for some reason.

Tynor is a kender of around 30 summers.  His hair is as black as a lump of
coal and shines like the sun.  He has deep brown eyes that remind you of a
deer's, because they are so gentle.  He is clad in sturdy leather clothing
to guard against the chill air of the caverns.  There is a sad look on his
face, and he is very quiet.  The only answers he will give to questions are
yes or no.
He is a kender approximately 5'6" tall.
