NPC: Zilea
Long Desc: Zilea is here selling torches and getting into mischief!

Zilea is an old gnome woman with long white hair wearing a rust-colored
dress.  She is standing beside a rack of torches that she sells to
adventurers.  There is a decidedly devilish gleam in her eyes!  You wonder
what prank she may try to pull on you.  If you look closely, you can detect
several items in her pockets that look like things used for making mischief.
She is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
