NPC: A grey sandman
Long Desc: A grey humanoid made of sand rises up from the sea floor.

The sandmen are a race of magical beings from the ethereal plane.  Many
centuries ago, some time during the Third Age, a rift between the physical
plane and the ethereal plane was opened from deep within the bowels of the
proving grounds and sensing evil, they had happily journeyed through to
settle here permanently.  It is said sandmen are experts in putting their
enemies into a deep sleep using there special skills in the field of music.
It is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
