NPC: A water weird
Long Desc: A long tendril of animated water sneaks towards you.

The water wierd is an evil kind of water elemental that gains sustenance
when it suffocates it's prey.  They attack air-breathers especially, because
they are so, so much easier to suffocate with water than water-breathers
are.  Besides, air-breathers are fun to watch when they are drowning.  They
thrash and panic and cry, and all sorts of entertaining things.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
