NPC: The mother octopus
Long Desc: The mother octopus sits here, unmoving, in a corner of the moat.

This massive octopus is missing one of its tentacles and many of its
suckers.  The large beak-like mouth on its distinct head is chipped.  This
octopus has obviously been in squabbles before.  It is the mother of the
many octopi that occupy the moat.  It looks like it has been sitting here
for a long time.
She is a octopus approximately 5'7" tall.
