NPC: An animated clock
Long Desc: A strange-looking clock ticks the seconds wearily, waiting.

This small grandfather clock almost redefines grandfather clocks, at least
in a conventional sense.  It should be a grandson clock, as it is about nine
inches tall, and its pendulum moves frenetically, many times per second.  It
is made of a nice yew, with golf leaf around its edges.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
