NPC: A resting monk
Long Desc: This monk is taking a break by entering into some sort of stupor.

Breaks from work are rare in Ofstadt, and this elderly monk is taking full
advantage.  He lays silently, eyes open but glazed over.  Not asleep, but
perhaps in a trance of some sort, he is absolutely still.  He stares
straight up at the ceiling, arms limp at his side.  His age has caused
complete baldness, revealing a few bumps on the top of his skull.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
