NPC: A lean shepherd
Long Desc: Lean for a gnome, a shepherd with an impressive crook keeps a watchful eye.

Keeping a watchful eye, this shepherd paces from one end of the field to the
other, checking each ewe.  Working in the sun has left him with an even,
bronze tan, and sweat drips down his forehead.  A squint seems to have
become his permanent gaze.  He holds a crook which is shorter than usual,
but likely just as effective.  He twirls it occasionally.
He is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
