NPC: A garden gnome
Long Desc: A garden gnome waddles about tending to his plants.

A garden gnome is here, trying to nurse plants back to health.  He has
worked in the glasshouse house for many years now, and takes pride in taking
care of the plants.  He is wearing a green tunic and brown trousers.  His
beard has a few patches of gray hair.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
