NPC: Shinster
Long Desc: Shinster, a mercenary thief, looks for something to kill for pay.

A cat burglar in a previous life, Shinster became more and more talented
with a dagger, and eventually turned to mercenary work.  Here, in
Chanctonbury, he uses both skills.  He'll simply steal the weapons and food
from the orcs as often as fight them, and has never even come close to being
caught.  Orcs are quite dangerous in hand to hand combat, but in trying to
catch a camouflaged figure in the dark, they usually give up within seconds.
In this way, Shinster has helped at least hinder the efforts of Graalg and
his minions.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
