NPC: A pesky raccoon
Long Desc: A raccoon peers about, looking for a way out of the forest.

This raccoon was born in the forest, but has long looked for a way into Rune
because of the large amount of edible trash.  Strict regulations prevent the
harming of any Astarach creature, so Rune city guards have been seen
begrudgingly walking back into the forest holding one of these creatures.
This specimen has a brightly contrasting facial mask, and walks with an
intent expression of interest.  It has a strong build and a healthy coat,
and despite its dissatisfaction, is living a good life in these wo
