NPC: A piercer
Long Desc: A piercer attempts to camouflage itself in the ceiling above, waiting for a victim.

Piercer snails are well known to spelunkers of the more exotic Alyrian
caves.  They are small snails which crawl along the top ceiling, waiting for
any small creature exploring the cave to walk underneath.  They then drop,
piercing the skin of the animal with their shell, and sucking as much blood
as they can before being swatted away.  While they are virtually never
fatal, they are an annoyance which cause force many minutes of bandaging,
and many weeks of dull pain.
It is a piercer approximately 5'7" tall.
