NPC: The shade of a prisoner
Long Desc: The shade of a prisoner is here, floating silently.

This prisoner was locked in the tower for many years before being killed
by ariels who keep prisoners here for amusement.  Although by now there are
very few remaining, this one seems healthy and appears to take a liking to
you, inviting you to join it.  You consider accepting until you realize
doing so would involve your death.
He is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
