NPC: A drow archmage
Long Desc: A drow archmage is here, glowing with magical energy.

The drow archmage glows with magical energy, which is so strong within
him he needed years of mental discipline in order to learn when and how to
release it.  He has traveled to the tower in hopes of studying books left
behind by the druids, driven by a desire to increase his skills.  He seems
to have no fear of the horrors the tower holds, probably an indication of
his powers.
He is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
