NPC: A vampire gnome
Long Desc: A vampire gnome is here, stalking you.

This gnome used to be the banker for the tower but wandered outside one
night and met his fate.  Truly the most peculiar vampire you've seen, he
sports a tattered black silk cloak over a navy blue three-piece suit.  While
you're trying to recall if you've ever before seen a vampire carrying a
briefcase, he opens his mouth revealing vampiric canines and lunges for your
throat.
She is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
