NPC: A skeletal druid
Long Desc: A skeletal druid is here, seeking to avenge its death.

This creature died long ago when the druids lost control of the Tower of
Riga.  Now he is motivated by the need to avenge his death and that of his
fallen comrades murdered within this tower by the infidel, Riga.
Unfortunately, Riga isn't available to experience the wrath of this druid so
adventurers act as a substitute.
He is a skeleton approximately 5'5" tall.
