NPC: A fey adventurer
Long Desc: A fey adventurer is here, searching for lost treasure.

Like many other foolish adventurers, this fey adventurer was attracted to
the Tower of Riga by the promise of unimaginable treasure.  The fey smiles
at you in the spirit of camaraderie, inviting you to tell him of the
adventures you have had in the tower but you look upon him with suspicion
and doubt as you are competitors for the same bounty.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
