NPC: A patrolling siren
Long Desc: A wingless siren, relegated by her superiors, patrols the area.

Deformed at youth, this siren has only one available job: grunt patrol duty.
She has much stronger legs than her fellows, and mostly looks in the cracks
and crevices an aerial guard would be unable to spot.  There are small
stumps visible through her burlap sack of a tunic, the only sign of her
missing wings.  The face is just as horrible, the song just as deadly as any
other siren's.
She is a harpy approximately 5'5" tall.
