NPC: A silver-maned stallion
Long Desc: A huge stallion with a silver mane shakes water off his coat.

A huge stallion is here stomping the ground and shaking vigorously trying to
dry itself.  As you approach you notice a saddle on the beast and wonder who
might own this magnificent horse.  Seeing no one nearby you decide that this
would make a wonderful mount.
He is a horse approximately 7'0" tall.
