NPC: A wary fey gateguard
Long Desc: A member of the Xaltian Guard eyes you warily as you enter the outpost.

Short, mean-looking, and obviously very alert, the members of the Xaltian
Guard stand ready to prevent entrance through the gate.  Armed with a wicked
weapon and armored very robustly, this sentry is quite capable of blocking
your path.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
