Long Desc: Fazook, the Captain of the Guard, leans against the outpost gate.

Fazook, Captain of the Guard, is a stout, sensible man who takes his
duties seriously.  Getting into Xalt without his permission will be quite an
undertaking, but some say that it can be done.  Although he is typically
small of stature, he is a rather intimidating fellow.
She is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
