Long Desc: A patrolling fey guard watches as you pass.

Because of the strict laws in Xalt, patrolling guards are a common sight
within the walls of the outpost.  Dressed in black chainmail beneath draped
crimson robes, the presence of the guards helps to maintain the peace and to
allow for unmolested commerce.
She is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
