Sneaking through the bazaar, an insidious fey thief searches for his next
victim.  If a convenient purse can be filched without incident, this rogue
will be happy indeed.  However, he has been known to resort to less pleasant
measures to ensure his success in his chosen field.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
