NPC: A young child
Long Desc: A very thin, young child roams the street.

This young fey looks very malnourished as he roams the streets of Xalt.  His
clothes are made of scraps, and he looks to have been in some sort of a
tussel lately, most likely with another child.  With his narrow eyes darting
around so quickly, one can't help but wonder if something has made him this
skittish.
He is a fey approximately 3'4" tall.

This NPC can be found in: Xalt, Unseelie Outpost.
This mob is required by the following quests:
- Childocalypse (241-241) from Baron Nezak.
