NPC: An old, crippled fey
Long Desc: Sitting on a broken stool, a crippled fey watches you enter.

With an obviously shattered right wing, a gimpy left leg, and a large
scar across his face, this old fellow seems to have been through quite a
lot.  One can't help but wonder how he came to be in such an unenviable
condition.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
