NPC: A smirking drow bartender
Long Desc: A smirking old drow serves your favorite poison.

An immigrant from Colyon, this old drow decided to remain in Xalt after a
visit to the outpost.  The smirk on his face leads one to believe that he
may be up to something, but you can't quite figure out what it might be.  At
any rate, he serves some of the best blood beer around, and his
establishment is usually packed to the rafters with patrons.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
