Long Desc: A vendor stands here, wearing an irritated scowl.

Before you slouches an obviously irritated fey.  Unable to find other work,
this fellow has been forced to become a common tradesman, selling his wares
to passing travelers.  Obviously, he feels this vocation is below him, and
he wears his disdain on his face.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
