Long Desc: A snarling, twisted fey watches over this shop.

Ugly, short, and mean.  That pretty well sums up the fey standing before
you.  How a being with such a demeanor ever got hired as a salesman is
indeed a mystery.  Perhaps it would be best to look over his wares and then
move quickly to the next stall.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
