NPC: A vendor's apprentice
Long Desc: A young fey is here, trying to earn his keep.

This young fellow is an apprentice vendor, trying to make his way in the
world.  Working for an established merchant, he hopes to gain the experience
needed to one day open his own shop.  Although he often has to fight off
boredom, he is dedicated to his trade.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
