NPC: A sidhe soldier
Long Desc: A sidhe soldier is here keeping to the shadows.

This sidhe seems to be covered from head to toe in dark, stained armor.  His
face has a clear dark tint to it, and not just due to the poor lighting
around him.  With a steady hand and muscular body, he is an imposing
presence.  He seems to be wearing a uniform that would signify his
participation in some larger scheme or organization.
He is a sidhe approximately 6'0" tall.
