NPC: An enslaved fey
Long Desc: An enslaved fey is here, on an errand for his ariel master.

This fey is bound in iron chains, something which slows it down and
causes it a good deal of pain as it proceeds to carry out an errand for its
ariel master.  Feys make excellent slaves for ariels as they have studied
this race for years and know where its weaknesses lie.  Still, it's a fey
and not to be underestimated.
She is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
