NPC: A dracon psionic
Long Desc: A dracon psionic is here, bending an iron bar with his thoughts.

This psionic dracon is on a holy quest to purge the Tower of Riga of
evil.  Although his cause is a noble one, you suspect that he will not
achieve his aim as the tower is completely infested with iniquity in every
form.  However, you do note with some interest that he has managed to pick
up one or two valuables during his crusade.
He is a dracon approximately 4'11" tall.
