NPC: An undead harpy
Long Desc: An undead harpy is here, screeching violently.

In life the harpy would have been a fierce opponent for even the bravest
of warriors.  In death she is even more fearsome and much more vile in
appearance, and is also much harder to slay than a living harpy.  You look
at her doubtfully, wisely thinking twice before tangling with such a
formidable opponent.
She is a harpy approximately 5'7" tall.
