NPC: A rabid ariel
Long Desc: A rabid ariel is here, frothing at the mouth.

This alarmingly well-built winged human has contracted rabies although
this is not easy to notice as all ariels you've seen so far have been
psychopathic, bloodthirsty fiends.  The only difference is that this one has
no concern for its own life and would fight you until either you or it is
dead.
He is a ariel approximately 5'5" tall.
