NPC: A large black cat
Long Desc: A large black cat is perched on one of the fence posts.

A large, well-groomed, black cat is sprawled across one of the fence posts
and fence rails.  It opens one eye and sleepily assesses you, but otherwise
does not seem to be concerned about you.  It has a small silver collar
around its neck, which has a small silver tag that says "Simon" hanging
from it.  It continues to watch you, absentmindedly washing its paws.
He is a domestic cat approximately 1'5" tall.
