NPC: A desert kinsman named Muaddib s
Long Desc: A desert kinsman wanders through the sands looking for his brothers.

Wandering though the desert is a nomad, his body is trim and well tanned,
his hair long and nearly black.  The kinsman wears a light weight white robe
and it's tied at the waist with a strip of leather that is lashed in a small
slip knot at his side.  On his feet he wear wide sandals that have leather
straps going over the top of his toes and continue up around his ankles.
The kinsman notices you but continues on his way searching out his camp of
nomadic brothers.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
