NPC: An anthropologist
Long Desc: An anthropologist is here, searching for clues about the past.

While the people of Decara are generally very poor, there are still a few
that can afford to pursue their own interests.  This anthropologist is
clearly one of them, since knowledge about the past isn't really that useful
for making money.  Perhaps someday the findings made here will be written
into a book that will benefit the entire world.
He is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
