NPC: A doomed prisoner
Long Desc: A prisoner is here, begging for his life.

Here comes a pitiful figure, dragging his chains and gyves behind him.  You
are surprised he can move at all dragging all that weight.  His appearance
is gray and despondent.  There is no hope in his eyes, yet you are sure
that given the chance, he would happily slip a blade into his captor.  Or
you, for that matter.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
